Good Afternoon!
As previously noted in the email sent out to the community on June 24, Ben Smith is relocating to Colorado with his family. Ben has continued to support the community remotely the last two weeks while onboarding your new Community Manager, Brittany Black. With today being Ben’s last day with the community, we wish him well in his future endeavors and thank him for all of his service.

I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new Community Manager for The Groves! My community management, contract, and construction management background has given me the knowledge and ability to build and maintain strong relationships, facilitate communication, and work collaboratively with my team and vendors to enhance resident experiences.
With open communication and active listening being the primary foundations of a thriving community, I am eager to hear your thoughts, suggestions, and concerns. The door is always open, and residents are encouraged to reach out with any questions, feedback, or to say hello.
I am looking forward to meeting many residents in the coming weeks and months and am excited to work together to maintain and enhance the quality of life at The Groves.
