YOGA 101 - update

February 5 - 21, 2019:

Yoga 101 has moved to:
Tuesday & Thursday from 6:30 – 7:30pm
due to instructor change.
The program was previously advertised as Monday & Wednesday.

Free Throw Contest

When: 9:00am - 11:00am on Saturday, February 23, 2019

Where: FieldHouse at the Saginaw YMCA

Ages Groups (Coed):
Youth Contest ages 13-17
Adult Contest ages 18+

  • Each player will take three warm up shots
  • Contest will be the best of 10 free throws.
  • Tie Breaker will be best of 5 free throws until winner is determined.
  • Players must start and end the shots behind the free throw line.

$5 Y-Members before February 23rd / $10 on February 23
$10 Non-Y Members before February 23rd / $15 on February 23

HEALTH EXPO 10am-2pm
Veterans healthcare screenings, vendors, classes, and resources in the gymnasium.

VA Y2K WALK: Walks begin at 11:30am, 12:00pm and 12:30pm
Come together for better health and support veterans. The walk is FREE and open to the community, Veterans, and their family members.

Please donate healthy non-perishable food items.
All donations will go to the I Support the 1% Veteran Food Pantry.
