We are excited to welcome Mark Dittman, MBA, as our new Managing Director at Open Window Theatre, starting August 1st!
Our Executive Director search over the past several months took us in a slightly different direction, resulting in our decision to hire a 3/4-time Managing Director, Mark Dittman, and a part-time development contractor who can help us achieve some short-term and long-term fundraising goals. The search for our development contractor is ongoing.
As Managing Director, Mark’s focus will be on managing our business operations and human resources while helping to increase awareness about OWT throughout the Twin Cities and advancing our group sales and season sponsorships.
ABOUT MARK DITTMAN
Mark Dittman is a versatile and results-oriented organizational leader, coming to us with more than 25 years in church business administration. He holds a BA in Psychology & Liberal Arts from the University of Minnesota-Morris, a Master of Catholic Studies from the University of St. Thomas, and an MBA from Bethel University. He is Working Genius Certified and is a Certified Senior Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management. Mark has a love of art, literature, and history and is a historical reenactor with the First Regiment of Minnesota Volunteer Infantry. He is excited to bring his skills, experience and interests in service to the mission of Open Window Theatre.
