As PM's new sales director for the West Region, John Crissie is excited to focus on building up our team. He has 25 years of experience in the building products industry across manufacturing and one-step distribution.

John has built deep trust within teams and with customers by fostering open communication and creating environments where accountability and collaboration thrive. He sees the big picture while staying closely connected to the critical details.

WELCOME, DEBBI!

Debbi Ulmer joined PM in December as our marketing director.

Debbi is an experienced marketing professional and executive leader with a well-rounded background supporting large and small businesses in industries such as building products, retail and manufacturing. She joins PM from The Kroger Co., where she helped develop marketing strategies that drove sales and supported key organizational goals.

PM President Danielle Wells introduced the Ownership Awards in 2022. PM team members can nominate co-workers throughout the year, and five employees are then selected for going above and beyond, putting in extra effort, and truly embodying our core values. The awards are given as part of the company's year-end activities.

The winner of this award always takes the high road. They go out of their way to do the right thing (and do it the right way). They do things by the book and when you ask this person to do something, you trust it will get done right.
