Welcome OPSF’s New Director of Programs, the Rev. Tricia Dillon Thomas !

We are excited to introduce you to Omaha Presbyterian Seminary Foundation's new Director of Programs, the Rev. Tricia Dillon Thomas. Tricia comes to us from Chattanooga, Tennessee where she has served as the Executive Director and Campus Minister for Hope House - UKirk at University of Tennessee Chattanooga, Co-Pastor of Renaissance Presbyterian Church, and Co-Founder and Director of Soul Ventures International. As Director of Programs, Tricia will oversee our Pastoral Leadership Revitalization (PLR) program and will direct the development of emerging programs.

Why we're excited for Tricia to join the OPSF Team:

  • Tricia is deeply connectional. Her work with UKirk, a variety of Montreat conferences, and community organizing speak to her ability to develop and lean into partnerships which will expand opportunities for those OPSF serves.
  • She’s a retreat planning dynamo, who has coordinated multiple programs for college students, lead conferences in director and platform leadership capacities, and co-launched a travel company (Soul Ventures International) to provide spiritually formative excursions for women.
  • Tricia has a heart for pastoral leaders and knows what it’s like to serve in small and under-resourced congregations. She is passionate about building community which provides space for the isolated to process, share in visioning, and find renewal.

We hope you’ll join us in welcoming Tricia to our team. If you’re interested in learning more about PLR, you may reach her at [email protected]
