2019 has swept past us and it seems like the fastest year on record! As we celebrate the ending of one year and mark the beginning of 2020, we happily acknowledge the incredible strides that have been made in the last year. We have added three full time and one part-time employee to keep up with the growth. We started 2019 with $47 million in total assets and ended with $64.7 million, the largest year ever for asset growth. We closed 26 new loans in 2019, and had one of our highest years ever for loan requests.
We are thankful for the consistent growth of the Loan Fund, but this would not happen without your investment and trust in us! The most exciting news of course is the fact that with every church we are able to help, more souls are hearing the gospel. Although you nor I can be there to see these souls saved, your investments in the Loan Fund are indeed making the difference.
When possible, please share with your friends and colleagues about our exciting investment opportunities. Not only will they receive a great rate of return, but there is no way to truly measure the impact we are making on eternity.
We are also announcing a name change for one of our investment types. We are changing our “Demand Certificates” to “Kingdom Impact Accounts.” Account holders should have received a written notice, and this will be a change in name only. Later this year, we will be offering a new lower minimum opening balance for these accounts. So be sure to watch for more details!
We wish each of you a wonderful 2020 full of blessings from God.

The Pentecostals of Denton, Denton, NC
By: Pastor Ronnie Timmons
Church Planters face a "catch 22" situation. It takes a congregation of established saints to affordably build a church, while having a nice church facility makes it easier to win
and establish those saints from your community. Our Church-in-a-Day has bridged that gap, catapulting us years ahead of what would otherwise be a realistic timeline of a new church construction.
Church planters face another obstacle...financing. Because of the infancy of the church, traditional banks can be reluctant to finance a new church construction. When our local bank said “no,” the Church Loan Fund said “yes!” In my opinion, the Church Loan Fund could better relate to our needs, and they were able to offer terms that we could afford.
After much planning and preparation, along with skilled labor from the North Carolina District and surrounding states, we built a Church-in-a-Day on October 4th, 2019. We are very blessed that in North Carolina our North American Mission’s Director, Reverend Floyd Morris, is also a licensed general contractor. His experience and advice was critical to the success of our Church-in-a-Day throughout the entire process. The Southeast Regional Director for NAM, Reverend Roy Barnhill, was in attendance along with the NAM General Secretary, Reverend Bill Hobson. North Carolina District Superintendent, Reverend Wayne Huntley, led us in prayer before we raised the first walls at 6:00 am, as well as preached our building dedication service on November 8th.
Denton, North Carolina is a small town and not a day goes by that someone in the community doesn't compliment our new facility. The new families we are currently discipling are a direct result of our Church-in-a-Day! We are blessed and we are grateful!

- Effective January 1, 2020, our Demand Certificates will be known as Kingdom Impact Accounts. This will be an administrative and branding change only, and current owners should have already received written notice in the mail.
- Effective January 1, 2020, our investment rate offerings will undergo a slight decrease to stay competitive with current market conditions. We still are proud to offer higher than national average returns on our investments, and we deeply appreciate all our investors. Written notice has been mailed to Kingdom Impact Account holders (Demand Certificates), and you can see our new rates published above. These changes only affect current and new Kingdom Impact Accounts and new Term Certificates opened January 1, 2020 moving forward.
