Offering a sunset paddle option Saturday evening on beautiful Lower Naukeag Lake in Ashburnham; and a glorious Sunday morning session held at Wyman Pond in Westminster.


There is nothing like yoga while floating on water, balancing on your board, creating strength & balance, all while enjoying sunshine and nature with friends!

Crocker Pond Yoga

In August, our Crocker Pond classes move to Tuesday & Sunday mornings (instead of Tuesdays & Saturdays.)


Meet us lakeside, on your mats for a gentle practice that is accessible to all, while feeling the sand under your toes and the breeze across your body. What a wonderful way to start the morning - with fresh air and movement!


Please bring your own mat and a suggested towel to be placed under your mat as well. Registration requested, but not required. If inclement weather, class will be cancelled.

In the monthly one-hour life coaching sessions, Sarah uses transformational coaching skills and exercises to help you uncover your own innate power. Baby & Me Yoga

Baby & Me Yoga is a gentle yoga class designed to help new moms regain muscle tone, abdominal strength and flexibility; while cultivating a peaceful, loving connection with their baby, themselves and others.


Moms should have exercise clearance from their care-provider, and babies should be non-crawling.


These new Baby and Me classes are perfect for everyone who wants to bring the practice of yoga and body awareness into the experience of parenthood.

Diane Lipka


Our Warrior of the Month is someone that is kind, inspirational and uplifts others. We think qualities like this should be shared and celebrated!


This month, get to know Diane.


1. How long have you been practicing at Zen Yoga & Wellness?

I have been practicing at Zen since its inception and before that at YAH.


2. What does belonging to the studio mean to you?

I love the sense of community that I found there and even now as I practice mostly from home on Zoom. I find that Zoom is the easiest way to allow me to go to my aqua classes in the early morning and then Zen on Zoom at 11 at home. Gives me just enough time to do errands between classes.  My cat, Mario (and sometimes Peaches, if Mario lets her), also likes doing yoga with me, especially Savasana.  


3. What are the benefits you have found by doing yoga/barre/pilates?

Yoga has taught me so much - like standing and breathing correctly! It (Yoga Nidra) also helped me through a difficult MRI before my back surgery where I had to lay on my back for a long time. I don't think I would be able to move very well at all if I didn't do all the stretching and relaxation at yoga. Yoga, along with cardio/strength balance training helps me to keep moving.


4. What is your favorite pose and why?

I would have to say my favorite pose is really all of them. They all target different parts of the body and/or balance. Savasana is probably the best though!  


5. Any advice you would like to share with newbie yogis?

I would tell newbies to just do what you can. Try it at home on Zoom first if you don't want to go to the studio. Just attempting to do anything is so helpful to both your mind and your body.



We absolutely love the energy and positivity that Diane brings to the studio - even virtually! :) She is always ready to help others - participants and instructors alike, especially when it comes to technology issues!
