Renewal applications are open! If you are interested in living here next year, please log into your Resident Portal and click 'Applications' to start your renewal application.

If you have received a call from us in the past week, we were most likely calling to ask whether you were planning on renewing your lease for next year. If you are not planning on renewing and do not want future calls for this reason, please email granvilletowers@americancampus.com and let us know!

Package Center Hours

For FWOC, the package center hours will be adjusted to the hours below.

Monday 1/8:

CLOSED

Tuesday 1/9 - Friday 1/12:

10:00am - 1:00pm

2:00pm - 4:00pm

Saturday 1/13 - Monday 1/15:

CLOSED

The next week (starting 1/16), the hours will return to the normal hours, as shown below:

Monday - Friday :

9am - 1:00pm

2:00pm - 4:00pm

5:30pm- 10:00pm

Saturday:

Closed

Sunday:

5:00pm - 10:00pm

Agora Hours 1/8 and 1/9

The Agora will open on January 8th and 9th from 10am to 7pm! Normal hours will resume on FDOC (January 10th)!

Welcome Back Dinner

The Agora will be hosting a Welcome Back Dinner on January 17th from 4:30pm to 8pm!

On the menu: prime rib, chicken wellington, asparagus, cheesecakes and other assorted desserts. We hope to see you there!

Housekeeping will continue to be as requested...

You will still need to submit maintenance requests each time the bathroom needs to be cleaned. Please note, residents will have to submit requests each time they would like housekeeping. Meaning, if you would like weekly housekeeping, you will need to submit one request per week. Not sure how to submit a maintenance request? Check out this helpful video here!

Farewell from Allison

Granville Towers Residents and Families,

I hope this message finds you well. It is with mixed emotions that I share the news that Friday, January 12 will be my last day at Granville Towers. After over a decade of service, I am embarking upon a new professional journey.

Since joining the Granville family in 2008, I have had the privilege of working with an incredible community of residents and their families. The memories and connections forged during my time here are truly cherished, and it is difficult to bid farewell to the place I have called home, both personally and professionally.

I want to express my gratitude to each of you for making Granville Towers “the Place to be at UNC.” It has been a pleasure assisting you in my various roles, and I am grateful for the relationships we’ve built over the years.
