As I think back to when I stepped foot on campus each year during my time at Babson, I know how exciting it can be to return and kick off every semester. Whether you spent the summer interning, working on a venture, traveling, or just recharging, now’s a great time to reflect on the skills you gained and how they can shape your next steps. Think about how those experiences can be added to your resume, shared in interviews, or used to guide your career goals. If you have received an offer, congrats! Don’t forget, negotiating your offer is an important part of the process, and we have a full suite of resources on Canvas to help you prepare and feel confident.
