We hope that you find the newsletter informative and pertinent to what you need and want to know, and we hope that you will feel free to make suggestions and ask questions regarding info found here. Thanks for taking the time to stay involved and informed!
What a great start to the school year! We loved seeing so many happy faces - new and returning - and are so excited about everything we have ahead for the year. Check out some of the photos from the first day here in this album.
If you'd like to order a NEW 2021-22 school t-shirt from PTO, please submit the order form below along with payment to your child's homeroom teacher. Orders and payment are due next Friday, 8.13.
Dismissal and Pick-Up Reminders
As we are navigating the first week of school, it's easy to get in a hurry and become frustrated with long lines and different routines such as sometimes occur during afternoon pick up. Let's all work toward making this a smooth and stress-free process for everyone, most of all, our children.

Here are some important facts to remember:
·        1st and 2nd grade pick-up will line up in the right lane
·         PreK and Kindergarten and 3rd – 5th grade pick-up will line up in the left lane and will be directed over at the appropriate point
·        Dismissal the first three days will be at 3:00 pm and will then change to the regular dismissal time of 3:15 pm
·        Please do not get out of your car once in line
·        Please do not park and walk up to the pick-up area where children are waiting for cars
·        Please wait for direction as to your turn to advance to the next area
·        There will be no sign outs after 2:45 pm. Please ensure that you are in the office prior to such time in the event of a sign out near dismissal
Also, please note the photo explanation below from Sgt. Blandenburg - he wants to be sure that everyone waiting in traffic on Thornton Road is safe and asks that you please pull off to the side of the road. Thank you for adhering to his request!
