A Message From Cesar Andrade, Director of Operations
TIA SAFETY GUIDELINES & CLUB INFORMATION

In preparation for our opening, Monday, May 25, TIA has created the following guidelines and policies to ensure the safety of all our players.
Do not come to the club if you are exhibiting any
symptoms of COVID-19.

Infrared temperature checks administered to TIA
staff and coaches upon arrival to TIA.

Players should arrive no more than 10 minutes
prior to their scheduled lesson.

Upon arrival, please check in at our outdoor front
desk and they will direct you to your assigned court
through our “no touch” pathways.

Court access is to be strictly done through three (3)
different, entry and exit “no touch” pathways.

Your coach will be waiting for you on your assigned
court.

Players and coaches must maintain six feet of
physical distance while on the court.

For both court-time and lessons, players are asked
to enter their assigned court after the other players
have vacated.

Coaches are assigned a sanitized ball hopper at
the beginning of their day. Only the coach can use
the hopper to pick-up balls during the lesson.
Players are instructed to use their racquets or foot
to kick the balls to the net.

TIA administrative staff will wear a face mask
during their shifts.

Singles play, semi-private and private lessons only
until further notice.
Limited access to restrooms (only 1 player allowed
in the clubhouse). You must request to use the
bathroom at the front desk to confirm the restroom
is available. Entry to bathroom is through the front
door entrance only; revolving doors will remain
locked until further notice.

Apart from access to the restrooms, coffee
machines, vending machines, the lobby and
seating area in the facility are closed until further
notice.

The pro shop is open for restringing services only
and you may drop off/pick up your racquet(s) at our
outdoor front desk.

There are no communal water coolers on the court,
so plan accordingly.

24-hour cancelation policy is in place as always.

Every court section will have “no touch” hand
sanitizer stands available.

Essential staff, including facility manager and
maintenance teams, will be on-site to make sure
that the club remains safe and actively maintained
throughout the day.

Please do not leave any equipment, towels, or
clothing apparel on the court as it will be thrown
away.

We also ask that you please limit your social time
at the club until further notice. Congregating at our
facility is not permitted at this time.
We look forward to seeing you on the courts and to slowly move into the next phase of our reopening.
