Welcome Back Exec Chef Keith Dary

Keith has an outstanding record of successes as an executive chef in private clubs, dating back to The Bridges Club in Southern California in 2000, Red Rock CC in Las Vegas, Pinnacle Peak CC in Scottsdale, San Diego Yacht Club, Pine Canyon Club, Forest Highlands Golf Club, etc. He joined us in 2019 before accepting a position with Marriott Hotels as Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director in Wisconsin. Keith is currently on assignment at the Berkeley Hall Club in South Carolina as Interim F&B Director.

Training is AN INVESTMENT In Our People

Our Advisors are Operators. A good operator trains the team to perform tasks and assignments so well that if the Operator is suddenly absent for several weeks, operations continue to perform at the highest levels without notice. The only way this is possible is through perpetual training and coaching.

 

As leaders, we have the best intentions by creating and funding an annual training program. We often get sidelined by personnel changes and crisis management. However, we must regroup and implement a training plan that enhances our line and staff for both the present and the future.

 

Our Team assists private clubs in times of transition and will continue to share with line and staff co-workers the best practices and successes we have learned over the years, at the same time, encouraging leadership to create and execute an annual training plan. This produces consistency and less turnover.
