Run for the incoming A.S. Board of Directors 2022-2023!

Candidate applications are available beginning on Wednesday, January 26, at the Government Office, Student Union, 2nd floor, Suite 2300, or per email request at student-elections@sjsu.edu. The submission deadline is on Friday, February 25, 5 pm PST (strict cut-off) at the Government Office or email at parker.rugeley-valle@sjsu.edu.

It is mandatory to attend at least one Orientation & Ethics session to run for office. Please visit sjsu.edu/as/vote for a schedule of sessions.

WOWSJSU Spring 2022

Weeks of Welcome programs and events take place during the first few weeks of each semester. The goal of Weeks of Welcome is to welcome new and returning students to campus, and provide support for new students as they transition into SJSU. On-campus, you may hear Weeks of Welcome informally referred to as "WOW."

Spartans Got Talent

Spartans Got Talent is back live onstage! Want to earn the title of being the most talented performer on this campus? Does your band want to win a chance to record music at a professional recording studio? Or do you simply want to strut your talents on stage? If so, you've come to the right place! 

Spartans Got Talent will take place in the Housing Quad on March 15th. This event is co-presented by Associated Students and the Student Union. We want you to show us your talents and win big prizes! The signup deadline for auditions is on February 28. See you there!

The SmartPass request link has been reopened for the Spring semester! Visit our SmartPass overview page to see the eligibility requirements and then fill out the request link to get one and then you can pick up your SmartPass at the General Services Center in the Student Union!

Commute Town Hall
Do you have any commute-related questions or would like to share your opinion on how our services can improve? SJSU Parking Services and Associated Students Transportation Solutions will be presenting and answering your questions at a Commute Town Hall event on February 8th at 11am! This will be a one-hour virtual event.

Students and employees will have an opportunity to submit questions in advance through the registration link. Registration is required and this event will be recorded. The registration link for students is right here!

San Jose Downtown Transportation Plan Online Open House
Additionally, we would like to inform you all about the San Jose Downtown Transportation Plan Online Open House. The San Jose community members have been invited to learn more about the plan and share their voices and feedback! The online Open house is open now until February 15th, so go on and share your voice!
