We are pleased to inform you that Calvo’s SelectCare is one of the options for the Government of Guam FY 2022 coverage year for active employees, retirees, and their eligible dependents. The health plan is insured by Tokio Marine Pacific Insurance, which is financially rated (A+) by AM Best and accredited by AAAHC. Also, we were selected to be the sole administrator of the dental plan that is self insured by the Government of Guam.

You will have choices of the HSA2000, PPO1500 and RSP (must be a retiree enrolled in Medicare Parts A&B). Our web portal and smart App provide you easy access to your I.D. card, schedule of benefits, exclusions, provider directory, claims information, and the UnitedHealthcare guide for accessing care in continental USA. It also provides useful tools and links such as: Our pharmacy manager – OptumRX, and the UnitedHealthcare web portal.

Please remember that the dental plan is a self insured program from GovGuam and offered exclusively through Calvo’s SelectCare. GovGuam is requiring a separate application to be completed for the dental program and we are providing the link to the application below.
