The On Your Mark Spring Challenge is back! Perhaps the long 2+ years of covid has set you back? Or perhaps you're trying to shave off a couple seconds for that half marathon you're eyeballing this spring/summer? Whatever the goal, we got you. The Spring Challenge consists of 8 tailored weeks of training with a private Coach at OYM. Each team consists of different goals and you are randomly assigned to a Coach. Each Coach will tailor programming based on your individual goal. The program cost is $200 for the entire two months. This year's Coaches are:

NEW Classes now online at OYM! Some old classic options are back on the schedule, including Speed Training (a treadmill/running interval track workout. Power Core, (where power intervals meet core training in a high intensity format). Hybrid Endurance, (get stronger and leaner in this 45min sweat fest). All classes can be found here!
