The easiest and most rewarding way to enjoy Prospect is with a season pass. A season pass is more than a ticket to ski all winter. It's membership in the community that keeps Prospect thriving.

As a member, you'll also receive early access to sign up for our January Moonlight Dinner, one of Prospect's most beloved winter traditions.

We will be hosting a Community Welcome Dinner on Saturday, November 7th. Join us in the lodge as we celebrate the start of the season together. Reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, and enjoy an evening with the community that makes Prospect Mountain such a special place. We have 60 spots for this dinner ~ RSVP to David Newell at info@prospectmountain.com to save your spot by 10/30.

If you're planning to ski this winter, now is the perfect time to renew your membership - or become a member for the first time. Memberships purchased in September receive our best discount, making early renewal the best way to prepare for another great winter at Prospect.

Every fall, before the snow arrives, members and volunteers gather to prepare the mountain for another season. Trails are cleared. The lodge gets spruced up. Projects that make winter possible come together through many willing hands.

It's productive, but it's also one of Prospect's most enjoyable traditions - a chance to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones. Whether you've volunteered for years or have never joined us before, we'd love to see you there. Our workday starts at 9 am and lunch is included.

Investing in More Reliable Snow

One of the reasons people return to Prospect year after year is simple: when winter arrives, there's skiing.

As we all know, New England winters have become less predictable. That's why we've continued investing in our snowmaking system throughout the summer to help ensure dependable skiing regardless of what the weather brings.

We'll share more as the work progresses, but we're excited by what we've accomplished so far and what it means for the season ahead.

Say Hello to Amie

We're pleased to welcome Amie Witten Smith as Prospect's new Communications and Marketing Manager.

Amie will help keep our community informed about events, volunteer opportunities, youth and club programs, races, snowmaking progress, and everything else happening on the mountain.

Amie is a long-time member of our Prospect Mountain community, having grown up in Bennington and learned to both downhill and XC ski here starting at the age of 3. Amie is a proud member of our Prospect Mountain Board, having moved back to the area 6 years ago. She is deeply involved in our sport, having been both the Competitive Program Director and then the Executive Director of NENSA from 2015-2022. Most recently, Amie was the Director of Advancement at Stratton Mountain School from 2022-2026. She is a US Ski & Snowboard L200 coach and a FIS-level TD XC Official. You can find Amie coaching in our BKL league, coordinating our Prospect learn-to-ski program with local elementary schools on their ½ day Wednesdays, and skiing on the trails with family and friends.
