Welcome Back to the Glass Studio
Message from the Creative Arts Center
We wanted to take this opportunity to welcome everyone back to the Creative Arts Center. It will be wonderful to once again have everyone working in the studios and have our Gallery open on Monday, August 31st.
The housekeeping team will put items back in the studios, but not necessarily where they belong. You may have to do some re-organizing when you come in. We will be open early at 8:00 am on the morning of the 31st, so you can go in and start re-arranging your studios. Gallery staff will be available to help with any studio arranging or locating missing items. There is a blue diagram of the the table layout for each of the studios. You can find it by the telephones in each studio.
Also, a reminder that Monday and Tuesday (8/31 and 9/1), are intake days for non-wall art from 9:00 - 11:30. So there may be a little bit of chaos on Monday, but hopefully happy chaos!

The Board and a small group of volunteers will be in the Glass Studio early Monday morning putting everything back in place and ready for the members to use. Unless you are one of these volunteers or are scheduled to help with intake, we ask that you not come to work in the Glass Studio before 10am on Monday. It will be very chaotic in there. Thank you!
Good News!
The Firebox Kiln was repaired before the shutdown and will be in operation when we open up on Monday.
