What inspired you to get into health and wellness cooking?
"Once I was introduced to the concept of using food as a preventive medicine, I was fascinated and once I realized that the idea of food as medicine is not widely known, I was driven to make that difference. I love the idea of becoming completely in tune with the body and nourishing it from the inside out!"
I, like many other people, have taken advantage of the many brands of youth
inducing collagen. Collagen not only helps grow strong nails, hair, gives you
youthful skin it also helps in healing bones in recovery.

This April, he will be running in the Boston Marathon!
