Air Filters - We're Changing Them! 

STARTING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 27 - FRIDAY, AUGUST 29 between the hours of 10AM - 5PM Management will be entering your apartment to replace your air filter. This replacement is quick and will take less than 5 minutes. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

KEEP YOUR CAR SAFE FROM TOWING!

  • Any car on property MUST have a Hannah Lofts Resident parking pass.
  • COVERED Parking passes can ONLY park in COVERED parking.
  • NON-COVERED Parking passes can park in any NON-COVERED parking spot on property.
  • GUEST PARKING IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. GUEST PARKING IS THE PARALLEL PARKING SPACES ON ESOTERIC.
HOT TUB Rules & Hours
8AM - 12AM
WE ALL LOVE OUR HOT TUB. What's not to love? Please remember NO GLASS is allowed at the hot tub. Any person who breaks glass in our hot tub will be fined $200. More importantly, broken glass in the hot tub means we have to shut it down to everyone. Let's make sure no one brings in glass to keep the fun going all the time. 

PACKAGES
Need to pick up a package? Bring your photo ID and stop in at the leasing office. Due to the amount of packages we will receive in these next few weeks we will not be completing phone calls or emails just yet. If you are expecting a large package please be sure to pick up your package within 24hours. All packages should be shipped to your new home address: 2929 Hannah Blvd. Do not use the 515 E Grand River address.
