📝TIPS FOR BEING A GOOD NEIGHBOR

  • Please be respectful of your neighbors—especially during the quiet hours of 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM when playing music, watching TV, etc. Noise travels, particularly if you live in an apartment with wooden floors.

  • Please keep all common areas neat and clean. If you have moved furniture please move it back before you leave.

  • Remove your laundry from washers and dryers as soon as the cycles are complete.

  • If you have use of a basement storage area: please keep your belongings neatly arranged, clearly marked with your name and apartment number, and away from mechanical systems and doorways.

  • Personal belongings are not to be stored in building common areas. Items left in hallways, stairwells, or entryways will be considered abandoned and removed from the building.

🏬 PROPERTY OPERATIONS

📫Mail & Packages

Pick up packages (especially those containing food) as soon as possible once you are notified that they've arrived. Packages not claimed after 2 weeks will be sent back to sender.

Don't leave envelopes, boxes, or wrapping lying around the mail or package room.

Package theft is possible in any residential situation. If you are concerned about this, consider the following options:

  • Have your packages delivered to a local locker
  • Require a signature upon delivery
  • Send packages to your office
  • Reroute or reschedule delivery (fees may apply)

🌍 Trash & Recycling

Help keep trash rooms clean and free of bugs and rodents by disposing of recycling and trash properly. Similarly, dispose of your trash regularly to keep pests out of your apartment.

Please flatten all cardboard boxes.

Information about trash and recycling locations for your property is on your property's specific webpage on our website. Select your property, and read the Recycling and Trash section to learn more.
