The Colorado Association of Realtors® hosted a Virtual Economic Summit and REALTOR® Day at the Capitol a couple of weeks ago. If you were unable to attend, the information was recorded. I recommend you take some time and watch the recordings. The program featured National Economic Update with Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist, and Colorado's Economy: A Regional Perspective with Patty Silverstein President & Chief Economist, Development Research Partners. "I think we are all a little hesitant to serve, but the experience and knowing we are making a difference is very rewarding."
Fun Fact(s): Mike lived in Japan for a while. His first job was pumping gas and repairing flat tires.

Eagle River Watershed Council advocates for the health of the Upper Colorado and Eagle River watersheds through research, education, and projects.

It is much easier to determine which level each county is in with this system - and if you are working in different markets. You can see the restrictions based on each level for real estate, depending on the color.
