Join us lakeside for a rejuvenating yoga practice at Crocker Pond. Embrace the gentle movements on your mat, feeling the sand beneath your feet and the refreshing breeze on your skin. This class is open to all levels, including beginners!

We are SO excited to announce that Paddleboard Yoga is BACK!


Offering four sessions total - two back-to-back sessions on a Friday in July & on a Friday in August. The earlier session will be an invigorating, playful session; and the later session will be a more gentle, sunset paddle option. All levels are welcome to both!


There is nothing like yoga while floating on water, balancing on your board, creating strength & balance, all while enjoying sunshine and nature with friends! Address and detailed instructions, including weather policy/rain date, will be emailed to you upon registration.

We are thrilled to announce an exciting update to our Kids Summer offerings based on valuable parent feedback, where we are now offering ONE 4-week series, or single Drop-In options for each individual session!


This summer, give your child the gift of creativity and mindfulness through our unique program. Our team of experienced educators include: Ms. Shannon, a 200 hr RYT children's yoga instructor and music educator; Kerri, a licensed art teacher with over 20 years of experience; and Sonya, a 200 hr RYT children's yoga instructor and nature-based educator. This skilled trio have combined mindful movement, art therapy, and music therapy to create an experience that will spark inspiration and joy in your child. Designed for children ages 5-12, this program provides a fantastic opportunity for your child to explore their creativity and develop mindfulness in a fun and engaging manner.


This 4-week series, held at our Westminster studio, will run from late July through late August, with drop-in sessions available as well. Each session will include mindful movement/yoga, a musical component, and will feature a corresponding craft to enhance the experience:

8/14 - Pressed Clay Pendants

8/21 - Water Colors

Meet July's Warrior of the Month, Gena Catalucci!



We are thrilled to announce that our amazing member, Gena, has been selected as July's Warrior of the Month!


Gena, the founder of The Main Squeeze, has been spreading positivity and uplifting others since stepping foot in the studio, and also with her amazing concoctions of freshly squeezed juices. Her kindness, authenticity, and warrior spirit have truly captured our hearts.

1. How long have you been practicing at Zen Yoga & Wellness?

Gena: I’ve been practicing at Zen for just around 6 months!


2. What does belonging to the studio mean to you?

Gena: Belonging to the studio gives me a sense of community with like minded individuals, inspiration, and accountability. It gives me a place that I know is safe for me to take time for myself and learn how to be more present as well as be aware of the needs of my body.


3. What are the benefits you have found by doing yoga/barre/pilates?

Gena: Yoga has brought me a sense of “slow down” so I can truly feel what my body needs. It has helped me to recognize the power of my breath and the importance of moving my body in intentional ways.


4. What is your favorite pose and why?

Gena: This is very difficult… They all hold such physically and emotional value. I’d say legs up the wall. Why? Because it gives us a reminder to slow down. It reminds us how much pressure we put on our feet and legs to carry us every day. To take time to give rest to (while we are consciously awake) the parts of our body that serve us the most that we don’t always give enough love to. 


5. Any advice you would like to share with newbie yogis?

Gena: Newbie yogis: This is about you and no one else. There is no competition. There is no “being the best at” this is for you to turn inwards, become consciously aware of the needs of your body and slow down to truly nourish yourself. Movement is medicine and it is for you in every way imaginable: Mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, energetically.


We had the pleasure of partnering with Gena at our Summer Solstice event, and we are excited to have her join us more in the future! Gena's dedication to creating a positive impact in the community is truly inspiring.
