NO FRIDAY SET UP. All exhibitors MUST be checked in before Friday.
Exhibitors may re-enter building at 6am on Friday and 8am Saturday & Sunday
This facility is carry/dolly-in only. NO Vehicles may drive into the building.
ABSOLUTELY NO UNLOADING THROUGH FRONT DOORS
DO NOT block doors, driveway or fire lanes.
DO NOT park directly beside the building, this is a fire-lane and must be kept open.
After you have finished unloading please move your vehicle to designated exhibitor parking to the rear of the gravel parking lot.

For Your Information:
Booth Space - Please Plan Ahead
If your booth is 10 x 10 you may set up your canopy. However, if you are in the Fez Room or Lobby you must remove the center pole. Be careful not to hit ceiling tiles or sprinkler heads.
Auditorium Interior Booths: Please note your booth is only 10 feet deep. the extra space behind your booth is for the electrical boxes and must be kept accessible.
Pipe and Drape is provided for this event in the Auditorium ONLY. Colors are Red and White.
Exhibitor Parking is located at the far end of the Rear Lot, and at the far end of the lot on the hill. See signs. The Shriners will be directing
traffic in the morning. Be sure to have you parking pass clearly displayed in your windshield.

Electricity is available for $75 per 500 Watts or $150 per 1000 Watts
Exhibitors who have signed up for electricity may plug into the outlet behind their booth OR along the wall.
Free Coffee & Snacks are available Friday ONLY until 8:30am.
The Snack Bar is located at the "stage end" in the Auditorium.
No Outside Food is allowed into the building
during show hours.

via your own wireless carrier.
The Building will be locked after show closing each day.
Security is only a deterrent.
We are not responsible for loss or damages.
You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day.
Massachusetts' Sales Tax is 6.25%
Important Note to Specialty Food Vendors
We have never had to obtain local permits for this event.
However, you MUST bring with you to the show any Health Certificates, Permits or Licenses proving that the food you are selling or sampling is "made in an inspected facility".
Copies of any other Health Permits you have obtained.
Copy of ServSafe Certification or equivalent.
