Exhibitors may set up canopy ONLY if signed up for a 10'x10'.
All exhibitors are responsible for parking and all costs associated with parking their own vehicles and or cargo trailers.

If you are looking for close parking for cargo trailers you could try calling Narin at 508-926-3620. He controls the outdoor parking lot of Bowditch and Dewey located on Main Street.

Absolutely no early breakdown allowed.
Dolly out all side and rear doors.
Exhibitors must break down entire display/booth before driving in through DOOR 20 to load up.
Breakdown can be difficult; We appreciate your professionalism and patience.
All exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own trash to the trash barrels.
Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it.

The Food Concessionaire will have food and beverages for sale during the event. $$$
BRING IN YOUR OWN WATER AND FOOD PRIOR TO SHOW OPENING.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD allowed into the building during open
concession hours. DCU hires a guard to stand out front and stop people from walking in with ANY FOOD OR BEVERAGE.

Wi Fi is available for a fee. When you are at the venue and attempt to log on to the Internet you will be directed to pay through the DCU site.
A Security guard will lock and secure the building at the closing of each day.
Security is only a deterrent.
