We are excited to announce Ms. Becca Reed
as our new Program Coordinator to
Nehemiah's Restoration Organization
Kenya Operations!

Please Welcome Ms Becca Reed
Becca has a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications from Olivet Nazarene University. She is a U.S. citizen who has lived in Nairobi, Kenya most all of her life. Over the past three years Becca has worked in Nairobi for Strategic Applications International as their Communications Officer.
After finalizing her immigration documents last month, Becca has returned to Nairobi to start in her new role with us this week, as Program Coordinator !  She now begins the task of oversight to our Orphan and Vulnerable Children (OVC) program in Kisumu, Siaya and Bondo counties of Kenya.  During the next 24 months, Becca will be responsible for raising additional funding for our current program in Kenya, along with developing new funds to expand the direction of our program lead by our three Global Program Directors; Ms. Rachel Bollinger, MFTC in the area of Mental Health, Ms Robbie Bollinger, PA-C in the area of Medical Health and Rev. Nick Bollinger in the area of Spiritual Development.  Together, they will plan and implement the future of Nehemiah's Restoration Incorporated (NRI) and Nehemiah's Restoration Organization, Kenya (NRO).
Though Becca will be primarily focused on fundraising over the next 24 months, she will also perform other duties in overseeing this eNewsletter, all social media accounts, assist in developing a new website, act as liaison with our Nazarene Compassionate Organization (NCO) partner in Kenya and coordinate our efforts on the ground in Kenya.
We are excited to have Becca with us!  Please join us in welcoming Becca to the NR team in Kenya!
Becca has a big job ahead of her and we ask for your continued support of her efforts.  One way you can do this is by praying for her and the other is to continue to support her financially.
We have been blessed to secure enough funds to support her salary for the next 24 months.  However, she is still in need of an international healthcare policy and international travel expenses.
Currently, we are still in need of $300.00 per month.
If you would like to support her in this area you can make
a One-Time or Monthly gift.

Nehemiah's Restoration has been a faith-based non-profit 501c3 for over ten years working in the counties of Kisumu, Siaya and Bondo in the country of Kenya. Over those ten years Nehemiah's Restoration has assisted over 2500 Orphaned and Vulnerable Children (OVC) who have lost one or both of their parents/caregivers due to the complications of HIV and AIDS.

Our mission is to assist these orphaned children, by placing them in extended family homes were they can live normal childhood lives and provide them with the basics of healthcare, food, shelter, educational support, legal aid and counseling; in order to give them a chance at becoming productive adults. Without our assistance many orphaned children are forced into a cycle of poverty that will last for generations.
Our success rate is high among those in our program. Many of the OVC in our program have moved on as adults to become teachers, medical clinicians, carpenters, seamstress, farmers, tradesmen/women and legal aids. Of those with professions, many volunteer their time to assist other OVC.
