We would like to welcome our new Administrator, Amanda Peters, to Glendale Place Nursing and Rehab Center. Amanda brings over 13 years of experience and service as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Ohio, with significant accomplishments in achieving quality survey outcomes and exceeding guest satisfaction benchmarks.
She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University. Amanda received her degree in Healthcare Administration/ Gerontology. She currently resides in Dayton, Ohio.
When not at the center, Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking and reading. She is very excited to begin her tenure with Glendale Place and is looking forward to getting to know the staff, residents and their families.Amanda welcomes visitors, so please stop by her office and say "Hello" any time.

SHELLY CARMOSINO
We would like to welcome our new Director of Admissions and Marketing, Shelly Carmosino, to Glendale Place Nursing and Rehab Center. Shelly brings over 24 years of experience in healthcare with 21 of those years in long term care nursing and rehab, admissions. She is committed to providing the highest quality of care and personalized customer service for our guests.
Shelly is driven by the fact that she enjoys serving seniors and the community. She also enjoys interacting with the medical community. She is a Cincinnati native, who enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, yoga, gardening and listening to music. She is excited to begin her tenure with Glendale Place and is looking forward to getting to know the staff, residents, families and medical community.
