New families have a lot of questions and we will do our best to proactively answer them all, however, please reach out to me at any time with any questions. I guarantee, if you are wondering about something, so are others and your question will help us communicate better with our families.
Keep an eye out for upcoming emails to new families (like this one) on Thursday afternoons from now until school begins.

When will we know our teacher and class placement?
Here is our faculty webpage online, which lists teachers by grade, subject, and room. Preschool and Kindergarten families will be notified about their child's room by August 1st.
When will we get our supply lists?
They will be posted, latest, in the July 28th Tuesday Note (if you are not receiving the Tuesday Note, please let me know).
When will we hear from our teachers?
PreK and Kindergarten Faculty will reach out to the parents in their classes the week of August 10th. Grades Faculty set their own schedules, but typically reach out around that same time in August.
When will we meet the teacher and drop off supplies?
The morning of August 31st between 10am and noon. Check the Tuesday Note for more details.
When is Orientation?
The evening of August 31st at 6pm online. We will send a Google Meet link and the link will also be in the Tuesday Note.
Are there Summer Community Events?
YES!

For Preschool and Kindergarten families we have Wednesday and Saturday playdates in August. More information here.
- There is also an all school community potluck August 25th at Hardesty Park in Akron at 5pm. More information to come in the Tuesday Note.
When is the first day of school?
- Wednesday, September 2nd.
- Drop off at 8:10 - 8:20
