Randy Barnard, LSG Sky Chefs
With over 26 years in the airline services industry, Randy has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility within LSG Sky Chefs including positions in airline catering, in airline "solutions" and in an LSG sister company, SCIS Air Security Corporation. In his career, Randy has been engaged with a diverse set of responsibilities including Sales and Services, Accounting and Finance, Operations, Solutions Business Development, Contract Management and Regulatory Compliance. Randy is currently the Managing Director of LSG Sky Chefs North America Solutions where he oversees various lines of business in LSG's overall portfolio including onboard retail, frozen meals, airline equipment & logistics, snack boxes and airport lounge services. Recognized for his out-of-the-box thinking, commitment to continuous improvement and ability to drive sustainable results, Randy has proven himself as an engaging and effective key leader in the LSG organization.
Darren Bott, Emirates Airline
Darren is a qualified Chef who has been working in the food and hospitality industry for 30 years. After graduating from the North Oxford Technical College, Darren spent most of his early career cooking at some of the finest restaurants throughout the UK and France.
Prior to moving to Dubai, Darren worked with Qantas Flight Catering in Australia. During Darren's time with Qantas he was involved in a number of key projects and was an instrumental member of the Qantas/Rockpool product launch team. Darren was also a key member of the opening team at the Qantas food manufacturing facility, Snap Fresh, located in Brisbane.
Darren joined Emirates Flight Catering in 2004 as Vice President and played a pivotal role in the design, construction, commissioning and successful startup of the Emirates Flight Catering, Food Point facility.
Darren is a talented Chef and an experienced leader and in his current role of Manager Regional Catering he has global responsibility for the overall management of the Emirates Airline on board and premium class lounge food and beverage offering.
Darren is an avid fitness junkie who enjoys running and generally keeping fit. Darren is married and has two teenage daughters and resides in Dubai with his family.
Varangkana Luerojvong, Thai Airways
With more than 18 years' experience in THAI Airways, Varangkana has worked with a number of different departments, including the Passenger & Equipment Ground Handling Department, Cargo Department and THAI Catering Department. As the Director of Marketing Development and Operations Department, Varangkana was responsible for acquiring new customers and exploring new business for the THAI Airways portfolio. Currently, Varangkana is the Acting Managing Director of THAI Catering. She works to drive the entire THAI catering department toward becoming a world-class caterer in culinary excellence & food supply solutions within the next 5 years.
Rachel McCarthy, JetBlue
Rachel McCarthy is JetBlue's Vice President of Inflight Experience, responsible for leading 3,500+ Inflight Crewmembers who deliver the airline's award-winning customer service. Rachel has 25+ years of experience within the airline industry, with much of it dedicated to developing new products and services.
Rachel's airline career began while she was in college interning at Air Canada in the United Kingdom. She has worked for Delta in the U.K., Germany and Atlanta, GA. She's also spent several years with United before joining JetBlue in 2009 as Director of Product Development.
While Rachel was born and raised in South East England, she is pleased to call New York home. In her spare time, she enjoys running and shares this passion with the community as Board Member of Girls on the Run, an organization that helps young girls build confidence through health and fitness.
Between Rachel and her husband, their family is spread across three continents - North America, Europe, and Asia - so it's a good thing she absolutely loves to travel!
Kimberly Guanci Dylewski- Campione d'Italia Foods
As CEO of Campione D'Italia Foods, Kimberly is responsible for overseeing Campione's manufacturing facilities in Los Angeles, CA and manufacturing and distribution operations in Henderson, NV. Kimberly has been in the food industry since 1994 and is familiar with all aspects of food manufacturing and distribution. Her passion is being part of the team that designs Campione's products for retail, foodservice and airline customers worldwide.
Kimberly is a Past Chair and currently the Co-Chair of the Planning Committee for the International Flight Services Association (IFSA). In the role of chair and committee member for IFSA she has served on the education, marketing and F&B committees for the trade show.
Proud to be involved with many nonprofits over the years Kimberly has served on the Junior League of Los Angeles Board of Directors for three years where she has served as Vice President directing Strategic Planning, Membership Director and Training Director for over 1200 league members and is currently serving as an Advisor to the Board of Directors and part of the Management Council.
Kimberly has extensive experience in nonprofit management, including skills in board development, strategic planning, fund development, organizational development and marketing for nonprofits. Kimberly is also an Associate Board Member of Heart of Los Angeles where she works with at risk children in the areas of health and education.
Kimberly is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling and Communicative Disorders.
