We Had a Great Time Last Week at Our Alive after Five at the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets

Remember This Weekend Is Tax-Free Weekend
Wrentham Village Premium Outlets
One Premium Outlet Boulevard
Wrentham, MA

Open Monday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Our members along with members from the Neponset River and Walpole Chambers of Commerce networked last Thursday night at URCC member Wrentham Village Premium Outlets at an Alive After Five event at their Guest Services area. We were greeted by General Manager Don Dooley and Area Director of Marketing and Business Development Ashley Feldhouse.

Wrentham Village Premium Outlets has been renovated, stores have been added, and now they have a full-service coffee shop and food trucks. So many great things are happening there and we are thrilled that they have become a member.

Don't forget, it's time for back-to-school shopping. And remember that this weekend, August 13 and 14, is tax-free weekend.
General Manager Don Dooley (speaking) told us about the new stores that are opening and the improvements that have been made to Wrentham Village Premium Outlets. He and Ashley Feldhouse, area director of marketing and business development, (on the left of the people seated in the picture) hosted the event.

A Message from Michelle Carlow at URCC Member CTS Services

What Is an MSP and Do I Need One?

One our long-term clients for whom we provide a retainer based "break-fix" support plan called and reluctantly asked "what is an MSP anyway"?

He knew that we (CTS Services are an MSP or Managed Service Provider) but unsure... so... we wrote an article about it, figuring a few others might be wondering, too.

Our latest blog post might help sort it all out.

In a nutshell...

Small- and medium-sized businesses often face major IT support challenges due to lack of resources. These businesses are also more vulnerable to IT security risks. MSPs provide comprehensive IT support, including monitoring and maintenance tasks that keep your systems running smoothly.

They can also provide remote support when you need it, which can be a lifesaver for businesses with limited in-house IT resources. And finally, MSPs can help you manage and secure your data, which is increasingly important in today's business environment. In short, MSPs can provide you with the comprehensive IT support that you need to keep your business running smoothly.

Read the full blog post here.

CTS will keep your business up and running. A managed services support plan may be right for you. Let's talk about it.
