Welcome New Member Highpoint Painters
Join us as we welcome new member Highpoint Painters to the URCC. Ralph Guarino, owner of this local painting company, says that he was born into a family of painting company owners, and grew up learning the trade. As a young man, he worked in painting companies owned by his family. Then, he held the role of district manager for a large painting franchise. In 2015, he went out on his own and launched Highpoint Painters.
Ralph says, "I bring decades of experience to your project, a two-year workmanship warranty, and the certifications to protect you and your property."
Highpoint Painters specializes in exterior and interior painting, deck staining, carpentry, and other home repairs. They also specialize in commercial and industrial painting. Highpoint Painters services the towns in the Foxboro and Attleboro areas.

URCC Chairman's Circle Member Plainridge Park Casino is hosting its annual Holiday Festival. The festival will be held in their beautiful upstairs event space on Saturday, December 3 and Sunday, December 4.
The holidays are a time for family, friends, and festivities. With a wide variety of products from home goods, jewelry, and fashion, you'll be able to find just what you're looking for at Plainridge Park Casino's Holiday Festival. At the event, you can get your photo taken with Santa and enjoy a DJ playing all your favorite holiday tracks. You can also enter their raffle to win up to $500 in free SlotPlay prizes.
Naughty or nice, you'll be at the festival to get in touch with the spirit of the season. Enjoy light refreshments (featuring spiked eggnog!). This is an event that's not to be missed.
All proceeds from this event will go toward The Sunshine Fund, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to provide small moments of “sunshine” and acts of kindness by directly supporting families and children experiencing hardships.

The Greater Attleboro‐Taunton Regional Transit Authority (GATRA) is seeking to contract with a qualified legal firm to provide various legal services for GATRA as general counsel starting January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 and continuing for up to four additional years. The firm selected will have to be qualified to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The firm will be under contract with GATRA and report directly to the GATRA Administrator and related staff.
