Scott Metzger is a well-known and respected environmental expert who brings nearly 30 years of operational management experience to his new role at HEPACO , having served previously as a Senior Vice President at Clean Harbors. Scott is also a long-term member of the Board of Directors and a Past-President of the Spill Control Association of America.

Scott will use his vast industry experience, stellar reputation, and commitment to the company to focus his work as President and COO on operational excellence, growth, and the continuing expansion of HEPACO . His experience and expertise will allow him to drive improvement in our processes across our operating regions, and he will have oversight of all Emergency Response, Environmental, and Remediation Services at HEPACO . Additionally, Scott will work directly with our operations and business development teams to ensure overall excellence in delivering a wide range of services to our emergency response , industrial , energy, utility, transportation, remediation , marine , and waste clients.
