Owners with symptoms or exposure to the virus will be asked not to check in.
Owners will sign a health certification with proper language stating they have not been exposed.
Owners will use the entire suite only.
Lobbies will be limited to the number of people. We encourage everyone to use their suite and avoid our team members as much as possible.
Public areas will have a sanitizing schedule.
Sanitizers will be throughout the building including the elevators.
Elevator usage will be restricted to one family at a time.
Removed from all units are extra linens, blankets, directories, pens, paper, phone books, etc. If Owners need extra blankets then we will deliver and leave in the hallway. Owners may also request these items prior to arrival.
After a unit has been cleaned and sanitized there will be a seal placed on the entry door. Only Owners may enter the units during their occupancy. Maintenance only if unit is unoccupied.
Upon check out and after 24 hours of rest, every unit will be deep cleaned like our semiannual general cleanings.
To-Go & full serve meals are available from the restaurant.
Owner's account must be current. All charges to be charged to the owner's account.
Owners will check out by calling the front desk.
In order to allow the unit to rest for 24 hours after check out, owners sometime will not occupy their own unit but will be in their A, B, C, D ownership week.
Luggage carts will be secured and sanitized. They will be issued and requested to be returned.
Per State of NH Guidelines, maximum occupancy of 50% of all units can be occupied at one time and in specific parts of the building. (100% as of June 29th)
Owners will be provided instructions to start dishwasher, shut all doors and windows, and remove trash upon departure.
