New Clubhouse

Dehumidification System

Our old system to reduce moisture at the clubhouse was an air exchange method. On the week of 10/20, this system was replaced with a full dehumidification system. Dehumidification will greatly reduce the amount of moisture build up on walls and windows therefore improving the air quality. We thank you for your patience through this process.

In Colorado

Placing salt licks on your property to draw in wildlife is not only illegal, it has the potential to be extremely dangerous especially for small children and pets. Our homes are too close to be drawing in wild animals for a photo OP. Click the link below to read more about it:

curb stop

Make Sure Your Curb Stop "Water Shut Off Valve" Can be Located, Especially In Winter Months!

All properties have a water Shut-Off or Curb Stop at or close to the property line. It is extremely important for these to be identified, especially in winter. A contractor hired by the homeowner or the homeowner need to properly mark and shut them off if needed. Neither Three Lake Water or CLCC staff are able.

Columbine Lake Water District

Important Information

Columbine Lake Water District is a Title 32, Article 1 Special District that was formed more than 40 years ago under Colorado Statute.

CLWD is separate and distinct from Columbine Lake Country Club and Three Lakes Water and Sanitation District. CLWD has hired TLWSD to perform all administration and operation of their water district it’s entire existence.

Columbine Lake Water District provides water service to all Columbine Lake residents in a healthy, safe, continuous and economic manner.

Following the East Troublesome fire, the board of directors made the decision to purchase an emergency generator for the water pump located near the clubhouse. The generator was made fully operational in early September this year. In case of a power outage , the generator will automatically engage and continue to operate our main water supply for our system.

Watch for your annual water bills first week of January!
