QEP Weekly Update!
The goal of Montreat College’s Quality Enhancement Plan is to develop the critical thinking skills of our students so that they can graciously impact the world around them.
Each week the QEP Team would like to provide you with a brief progress update from the previous week’s QEP Team meeting. Updates will not reference all items, but will express key points. Below is our inaugural update!
- We've made plans to purchase an existing, reliable assessment, which will ensure we are measuring what we claim to be, as pertaining to the identified Student Learning Outcomes.
- A visual graphic of our QEP process for "critical thinking in the classroom" is underway and will be shared once complete. This visual will serve as an initial road-map and introduction to students by mid-October.
- We've created an action plan for the QEP naming campaign! We will be asking all students, faculty, and staff for input. Our Marketing Subcommittee will be getting this information out within the coming days. Prizes for the winner!
