Tips to celebrate safely:
-
If you choose to drink alcohol, plan ahead! Remember to eat a substantial meal beforehand. Select a number of drinks and only have that amount to help you set your own limit and stay within it.
- Stay with a trusted group of friends and keep an eye out for one another.
-
Don't forget to drink water! Stick to 1–2 standard alcoholic drinks an hour and alternate them with water.
