Welcome aboard! We’re excited to begin working with you, and we’re confident this will be a successful partnership.


In advance of the official sales orientation meeting later today, below is a brief overview of our order process and a link to our Purchase Order Form.

Existing Orders
  • Precision Medical has provided all of the open orders (orders not fitted to patients) for processing


  • Look for an email from RCM providing you with an OK to Apply (OKTA) before scheduling any applications
    
  • RCM will be required to reverify all benefits and reinitiate authorization, under EBI, in order to obtain reimbursement
    
  • We are all hands-on deck to rework these orders as quickly as possible

Placing New Orders

Send all new orders (pdf format only) to

Xstimorders@ebibonestimulator.com


Commercial orders are required to have:

  • Signed prescription (Rx)
  • Complete patient demographics and insurance information (insurance card recommended)
  • Supporting medical records including physical & history and operative plan (pre-op, op report or post-op note)
    

For wholesales orders, complete the attached EBI Purchase Order Form including:

  • Wholesale account name
  • Ordering prescriber (this is required in order to provide commission credit)
  •  Quantity
  • Individual issuing signature
  • Either delivery signature & serial numbers provided, or
  • Mark shipping required 'Yes' with shipping address confirmed 

> We will send a shipping request through our Customer Care team


Note: Same day shipment is prior to 12pm EST - all other orders will be processed the next business day


Standard shipping is ground from the South Dakota Distribution Center with an expected 2-day delivery.

Look for an introduction email with your assigned Patient Services Rep & Medicare QA coordinator, who will be responsible for:


  • Processing your orders
  • Handling escalations
  • We will provide you with more detailed information during the Sales Orientation meeting - have your questions ready!
