Sedona Chamber's Newest Blog:
Dear Partners,

We are looking forward to seeing many of you at our Annual Meeting and Cocktail Reception June 24 at the Sedona Golf Resort sponsored by APS. We will introduce our newest Board members and strategic plans for FY22. Visit our website to reserve your tickets. My weekly column reviews the dynamics behind our traffic concerns. As you will see, factors such as the pandemic’s effect on travel, rapid growth in Phoenix and the change to work-from-anywhere are major contributors. The recent traffic increase occurred despite sharp marketing cutbacks in 2020 to present. I continue to work closely with city management on the FY22 Destination Resiliency budget and the best course moving forward.
Yavapai College Business Engagement Survey

The main concern is how to get people to work, however, we also need to retain and upskill current employees. The Yavapai College is hoping this survey will provide important data to determine what types of trainings and professional development are needed in the county and in each of the municipalities.
Here is the survey link.
