From All of us at the WAWM RCS Department

Happy Father's Day to all the dad's out there

Friendly Reminder

Please see the WAWM School District's updated mask policy.  The West Allis-West Milwaukee School District's Board of Education has an approved policy regarding face covering requirements in all school buildings and on school buses.  Beginning June 1, 2021 all students (unless on a specified mask break or appproved medical documentation), staff, familes, and visitors are required to wear face masks in school district buildings and on buses.

Registration
We received a LOT of summer enrollments since registration opened in late April and we are looking forward to a summer full of fitness, friends, and fun! There are many activities that are starting soon, so be sure to register now to reserve your spot in class. If an activity you want to enroll in is full, please add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, we would contact you via phone and then enroll and take payment at that time

Happy Retirement

Congratulations, Ramona! After 20 years of service, Ramona is retiring from the WAWM School District and WAWM RCS Department. She has been a huge part of our Department's success by being involved in a variety of our programs over the course of time. Thank you Ramona, and we wish you the best retirement!

Special Shout Out!

Congratulations to Linda Gritzmacher for 20 years of continued service to the West Allis-West Milwaukee Recreation and Community Services Department, the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District, the city of West Allis residents and the Village of West Milwaukee residents.  As many of you know, Linda has given far more years to our department and her career than the consecutive 20.  We are so excited for her next 20 and are grateful to have her on our team.
