It's finally summer!
Despite what the cool temperatures suggest, we have finally made it to summer after what seemed like an endless, damp, and chilly spring. With summer comes the opportunity to dine outside, visit parks, and enjoy the beauty of our region. For example, the LOVE sign in Hurkamp Park has been transformed in a gesture of gratitude for our healthcare workers and first responders.
Hopefully, we will see a revival in the businesses of our region that were effected economically by recent events. It is more important than ever to patronize the locally owned small businesses. Many restaurants and shops are offering alternative experiences; if you are interested, use this link

We are still open by appointment to serve our business partners and our clients. We continue to restrict access to our offices to those parties who have an appointment and respectfully ask that family members, realtors, and loan officers not attend settlement in an effort to limit everyone's exposure. We are following CDC guidelines about social distancing and best practices to keep our environment safe, and per the Governor's order, we ask that anyone entering our offices wear a mask.
We will conduct settlements in whatever manner makes our clients the most comfortable - inside while masked and distanced, outside on our patio, or in the parking lot through a car window. Also, we now offer e-closings, but please know that some restrictions apply. We will make whatever arrangements necessary to ensure that your closing happens on time.
We go the distance to get you home.
