Inspiration for the Week

We know how to sacrifice ten years for a diploma, and we are willing to work very hard to get a job, a car, a house, and so on. But we have difficulty remembering that we are alive in the present moment, the only

moment there is for us to be alive.

--Thich Nhat Hanh (Peace Is Every Step)

Wednesdays           Weekly               5-6pm

Create a sacred time and space for yourself each Wednesday evening. Join us for a relaxing time of spiritual renewal. Trafficking Hope
Monday         May 14          6:30-7:30pm

Perhaps you have noticed the billboards along the Interstate in Baton Rouge: Stop Human Trafficking! Join us to learn more about the local campaign to promote awareness and provide safe housing for victims of trafficking. Human traffickers victimize millions of people around the world, the United States, and even right here in Baton Rouge. Join us to learn how you can be part of the solution.

Facilitated by Laura Dominigue, co-founder of Trafficking Hope, who believes that people who are aware of the problem will help prevent it and help provide safe housing for victims.
