REAL ESTATE:  Short Term Rentals: Perhaps some of you have heard about the Short Term Rental Issues being debated , and in some cases adopted, though-out our mountain community. Summit County (unincorporated = not within town limits), and all of the Towns in the area are reviewing their Short Term Rental policies.
