Todd Tremeer is a noted painter, printmaker and freelance art curator. He graduated from OCAD and its Florence, Italy program. Todd Tremeer has taught art and art history at various schools, colleges, and universities worldwide. Todd's work has been exhibited across Canada and featured in the United States, Italy, France and China.
Todd paints with oils and watercolours and makes etchings and linocuts. Todd is also experienced in miniatures.
Todd's art oscillates between history and landscape themes. Close observation of his subject is crucial in Todd's work, whether it is painting outdoors or from miniature models.

Awards and grants Todd Tremeer has been awarded include the Joseph Plaskett Painting Prize (2007), Best Watercolourist: Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition (2008, 2009, 2011), numerous Canada Council and Ontario Arts Council grants.
