Ai Chi is based on the principles of Tai Chi but with the benefits of warm water, which is set at 88 degreesπ¦.

You will be guided through slow, deep breathing movements in water that is chest/shoulder depth (shallow end) π.

These Ai Chi movements promote relaxation and at the same time increase flexibility, reduce joint stiffness and tension, and improve strength, endurance, and balanceπͺ.

This class targets both the mind and body: Scientific research shows Ai-Chi helps your metabolism and your memory, and participants report reduced depression and anxietyπ.
