TD Arts for Kids Surpasses Goal, Raises $24,157

From Small Steps to Big Impact
At its first deadline, way back in 2010, Creative Kids received 124 applications. One of those was from a little girl who wanted to try out dance classes. She was the first child approved for support.

Teaching Traditions to Students Important to Cree Knowledge Keeper
Connecting the students back to their culture through traditional teachings is important to Lynal Ernest. As a Knowledge Keeper he was
invited by Antje Rongve, Dream Broker,
Rivers West District for sport, Culture &
Recreation, to help develop and deliver
cultural programming for Connaught
Elementary and St. Mary School students
in North Battleford.

Support From India Night Crowd Exceed Expectations
Creative Kids was honoured to be chosen to receive funds from the 2022 India Night in partnership with Cultural Connections Regina, which celebrated diversity, community and culture. The $167, 826 raised will support Regina kids facing barriers to participating in a cultural activities and exploring their creativity. Our sincerest thank you to the Cultural Connections board, our generous sponsors, and supporters for ensuring more Regina children will be able to explore their creative dreams through inclusion in arts and culture.

Holiday Campaign
The Creative Kids Holiday Campaign kicks off on November 15. When you give the gift of creativity, you change a life. Help a child or youth facing financial barriers participate in a meaninful cultural activity.

Creative Kids the Charity of Choice for 2023 Royal Road Race
The 2023 Royal Road Race hosted by the Jaleta Pacers and the RCMP takes place on Saturday, May 13 in Regina, and will benefit Creative Kids. Enter solo or get a team together.

Creative Kids is program of SaskCulture Inc. Thanks to funding from Sask Lotteries, SaskCulture is able to cover all administrative costs so that 100% of your donation goes directly to helping kids in your community.
