To receive amenity access, you will need to register as a resident online through RecDesk. This will give you access to the pools, boat check-out and various sports courts. You can find all the information and step-by-step instructions by following the link below.
Per the Governing Documents for the Daybreak Community Association, before any exterior change can be made to a home, it needs to be approved by the Design Review Committee. See instructions on our website for more details.
When you move into Daybreak, your closing costs typically cover the first quarter of assessments, and you will receive an invoice by mail a few weeks before the next due date. Your quarterly assessments are due January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
Daybreak has a few basic policies for leasing your home in the community. For example, residents must live in the community for 12 months before leasing a home. Please see our website for the full policy.
High-speed internet is included with Association dues. To connect to the internet, please read the instructions on our website. Call the CenturyLink support line if you have any issues and tell them you are a Daybreak bulk HOA customer.
An excellent way to get familiar with Daybreak is by looking at our community map to find locations of all the amenities, schools, offices and much more!
