To guide you through the onboarding process, please review the basic step by step process below

  • Within the next 24-48 hours, you will receive an email and text message from a Fulfillment Manager who will be setting up your account. The email, “Required Next Steps – Elm St Technology Onboarding,” contains a link to an online form. Please fill out this form as quickly as possible to the best of your knowledge. This will help with launching your website in a timely manner!

  • Within this email, there will be a link to schedule a time with your fulfillment manager to help complete your site.

  • The set up call will be a great time to let us know if we will need to purchase a domain for you or if you would like to use a domain you currently own.

  • We also need to connect your social media accounts, or set up new ones, to enable our blogging content. Please come prepared by providing your Login Credentials on the form or during your call.

  • Following your phone call and once all necssary information has been collected, your website will be sent to Quality Control for Final Review to verify that all links and social media accounts are set up and working.

  • Your site is now LIVE! You will receive an email and text notifying you your site is now live. To login to your site, you will need to access it through https://crm.yourelevate.com. (Note, you should have received an invitation from Elevate to confirm your account prior)

For our Elevate Elite Agents, you have the added benefit of working with one of our Elite Account Managers to assist you through the process. They will be touching base within 24 hours to start the process!
