Want to change your benefits elections?
After your first 30 days of employment, changes to insurance can only be made during open enrollment or during a "Qualified Life Event" such as marriage, new child, death of dependent, etc. To request a Qualified Life Event change, call or login to the ESC ePortal using the instructions below, and choose “Change Benefits Election.” Choose the appropriate Qualified Life Event and upload the requested documentation. You will receive an email notification of the approval or rejection of the request.
ePortal Login instructions:
1. ePortal—Go online to enroll or make changes (Submit a qualified life event to make changes)
Username: last name + the last four digits of your SSN
Example: John Smith XXX-XX-6789, Username: Smith6789
Password: 9-digit SSN (no special characters)
Example: John Smith123-45-6789, Password: 123456789
