A.S. Government
Welcome to a new school year, Spartans! The Associated Students Board of Directors (A.S. Board) serves as your student government on campus. We are given this platform and privilege with one goal in mind: to represent the diverse needs and wants of the San José State community.

A.S. Board meetings are held every 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month at 3:00pm in Diaz Compean Student Union - Meeting Room 1A. Board meetings are open to the public so we encourage students, faculty and staff to attend.

If you are interested in getting involved with the A.S. Board, there are student-at-large positions available in almost all A.S. committees. Each committee works in conjunction with the A.S. Board. Whether you’re a graduate student, a commuter student, an international student, or a first-year student, there is a committee for you. To apply, please fill out the A.S. Committee Application Form.
A.S. Student Government Corner is a monthly update from your Director of Communications, Kyle Norman, [email protected].
