VanWineFest 2026 kicked off on Saturday night with the extraordinary Bacchanalia Gala Dinner + Auction, presented by National Bank Private Banking 1859.

Festival week starts tonight with the first of a series of sold-out winery dinners, but if you act fast, you can still grab a ticket to the wine party, Cruising California, on Wednesday evening (only a few tickets remain!),

The Grand Tasting Room opens on Thursday, March 12 - tickets are still available for all four sessions. And you can still upgrade your tasting experience with the IFT + Happy Hour on Friday or Saturday evening.

Finally, be the last to discover our hidden gem, Taste of France at LaSalle, a walk-about lunch featuring French wines and bistro fare.

Taste the World!

The Grand Tasting Room at the Vancouver Convention Centre is the heart of the festival, where all 112 participating wineries from 14 countries gather to pour their select wines. In addition, there are wine and food-related exhibitors, Regional Tasting Stations featuring wines from Bordeaux, Beaujolais, California, and New Zealand, and our wine bars, Bubbles 'n' Blush and Vive la France!

Pre-game for the Tasting Room at the new IFT + Happy Hour, a warm-up for the Friday or Saturday evening International Festival Tasting from 6-7:30 p.m. Sample a selection of festival wines and happy hour bites; mix and mingle and plan your evening’s wine journey. Then continue on to the Grand Tasting Room to discover a world of wine from 7-10 p.m.

Already have an IFT ticket? Contact the box office to purchase the Happy Hour portion as an add-on.
