You can now access the NEW VMLS platform from Flexmls!
We are very excited about our new system and can't wait for you all to log on and check it out! You will still be entering listings into Rapattoni until we switch over on June 1st.
To log on, go to and log in using your current MLS ID and select the Flex MLS button from the dashboard on the Member's Home page, or just click here !
Once on this page, you will need to put in your new Flexmls ID, which is "vbr", a period, followed by your current MLS ID . For example, my MLS ID is 45898, so my new username is vbr.45898.
For the first time you log in, every user will use the password "vbrnow" , all lowercase, and will be required to create their own unique passwords immediately. Passwords and usernames are case sensitive.
Please note that passwords are encrypted and not stored, so neither I or Flex support will be able to look it up if you forget your password. However, it can easily be reset by following the prompts on the login page.
What should members be doing in Flexmls once they get access? 
Our goal is to make this a smooth transition and prepare you for the go-live day on June 1, so take the next three weeks and get prepared. Please let me know if you have any questions!

The following items may not look correct or be loaded until Rapattoni goes read only at 11:59 pm on May 28

Also important, you will not have the ability to add or edit listings in Flexmls until our go live date of June 1. If you need to perform maintenance on a listing, you should continue to do so in Rapattoni and the changes will populate over into Flex.

Please be patient the FBS team will be working hard throughout parallel to ensure the data is loaded and mapped correctly. This is a process will not be complete until June 1st!

We have reached out to all data vendors about establishing new credentials and access. Many have already logged in and begun mapping the new data feed.

How you can help:
Confirming with your vendor that they have received these credentials and that they are in the process of mapping the new data will help ensure continuity of service for your personal websites, back offices feeds and more!

3. Any custom template made by agent (email templates, quick search templates, custom dashboard, etc)
4. Subscriptions (Rapattoni Name - Auto-Prospecting Events)

7. Sent Email History
8. Saved Hotsheets
9. Prospect Carts like Favorite, Saved Rejected, Agent Recommended
